We had rich and delicious breakfast with fresh products. The rooms were new-fashioned and silent with comfortable bed, very nice views, for instance, just what was needed. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from Royal William Yard.

This hotel has a great central location by the harbor, and the breakfast is diverse and tasty, with the staff ensuring it's well-stocked and neatly maintained.

We loved that Elite Plaza Ornskoldsvik is located down in the harbor yet still close to the city center. We could easily walk to the restaurant and pub streets, and even reached the Paradise Spa in less than five minutes. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also had a great selection of facilities, including a karaoke room and a casino, which was perfect for us as we enjoy both activities.

We felt very welcome during our stay and have no complaints.

The view from the room was amazing and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the best part was that the location was close to the train station and city center, making it easy to get around. Plus, there was free parking available.

Our Christmas stay was quite disappointing. the room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the sheets.
